Terms of service
These Terms of Service govern any order placed on myarmy.ch, operated by Brotherfields Sàrl, Rue Caroline 2, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland, UID/VAT CHE-311.751.359 ("we", "myarmy.ch").
1. Formation of the contract
The sales contract is concluded with Brotherfields Sàrl. Display of the products in the online store does not constitute a binding offer: it is the customer who makes an offer by placing an order. The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email.
Before submitting your order, you can correct your entries at any time using the tools provided in the checkout flow. Once submitted, you immediately receive an order confirmation by email.
For personalized products, myarmy.ch reserves the right to refuse an order that is unethical or immoral, or that contains prohibited, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights.
2. Prices and VAT
Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF), Swiss VAT included at the legal rate in force. Any shipping fees are shown separately before final order confirmation.
myarmy.ch reserves the right to correct an obvious pricing error: if such an error is detected after confirmation, you will be contacted and may either confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.
3. Payment methods
We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- PostFinance / PostFinance e-finance
- Twint
For personalized section orders, payment by 30-day invoice is available on request, after validation by our team.
4. Delivery times

5. Order cancellation
- Standard products (in stock): cancellation is possible before shipment, on simple request to shop@myarmy.ch. After shipment, the Return & Refund Policy applies.
- Personalized products: once the order is confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled. This includes custom badges, custom apparel and any section order.
6. Product availability
We do our best to keep stock information up to date. In case of unforeseen stock-outs or significant delays, we contact you as soon as possible and offer a replacement, postponement or full refund.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty
Under articles 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, all our products carry the statutory warranty for defects in the goods sold for 2 years from delivery.
Lifetime warranty on personalized section products
Personalized section apparel further benefits from a lifetime warranty on manufacturing and material defects. This warranty does not cover: - normal wear from use; - wear due to storage or improper care; - intentional or accidental damage.

9. Textile care
Unless otherwise indicated on the label, our textiles can be machine-washed at 40 °C. Ironing inside-out extends the life of embroidered or printed badges.
10. Use on military uniforms
myarmy.ch products are designed for decorative, personal or utility purposes and are not specifically intended to be worn on official military uniforms. The Swiss Armed Forces have strict rules on permitted uniforms and accessories.
myarmy.ch declines all responsibility for use of its products in breach of those rules. If you choose to wear or use our products in an official military context and this leads to reprimand, sanctions or other consequences, those situations fall under your sole responsibility. We strongly encourage you to check the official directives of the Swiss Armed Forces before any use in a regulated environment.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, myarmy.ch declines all liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, in particular for damages caused by defective products. This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
12. Force majeure
myarmy.ch shall not be held liable for any delay or non-performance caused by an event of force majeure (in particular strike, natural disaster, pandemic, carrier failure, supply crisis). In case of prolonged force majeure, the customer may cancel the order for a full refund of the amounts paid.
13. Data protection
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) in force since 1 September 2023.
14. Modification of the Terms
myarmy.ch may amend these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to your order are those in force at the time of order validation.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive jurisdiction is Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer fora provided by law.
16. Acceptance
By placing an order on myarmy.ch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service, as well as the Return & Refund Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Privacy Policy.
