Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights and the steps to follow for returns, exchanges and refunds.

Return window

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return for non-personalized products.

Personalized products (final sale)

Products manufactured to your specifications — custom badges, garments with custom inscriptions, embroidered section items, items with specific colours or logos — are made-to-order goods. In line with standard practice for personalized goods, these items cannot be returned or refunded, except in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect;
  • The product was damaged in transit;
  • The product does not match the order confirmed by email.

If you notice any of these on receipt, contact us at shop@myarmy.ch with photos of the product and packaging.

Return conditions

For returnable products:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in its original packaging and with all tags;
  • Items damaged or soiled after receipt are not refunded;
  • Return shipping is free: we provide a Swiss Post shipping label on request.

Procedure

  1. Email us at shop@myarmy.ch with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Drop the parcel at any Swiss Post counter.
  4. Once received and inspected, we process the refund.

Refund

For returnable standard products, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

Personalized products (badges, custom apparel, section items) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed, except in the case of a manufacturing defect, transit damage or non-conformity (see Personalized products above).

Statutory warranty

This policy is in addition to the statutory warranty for defects in the goods sold under articles 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Personalized section products further benefit from a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects, on the conditions set out in our Terms of Service.
