Delivery zones
myarmy.ch ships only to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not ship internationally.

These fees apply uniformly to all delivery addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Listed prices include Swiss VAT.

For personalized products, lead time starts on proof (bon à tirer) approval.
Carrier
All orders are shipped via Swiss Post. Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Tracking
You can track your parcel at post.ch using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation.
Military addresses
We ship to any valid Swiss postal address, including military addresses (Kaserne / caserne / barracks, weapons square / Waffenplatz / place d'armes, recruit school / Rekrutenschule). Make sure to include the recipient's full name, rank, function, unit and complete barracks address. Feldpost / military field post is not supported for civilian parcels.
Damage or loss in transit
We pack every order carefully. In case of a damaged or lost parcel:
- Refuse delivery if the packaging is visibly damaged, or take photos before opening;
- Contact us at shop@myarmy.ch within 7 days of receipt (or the expected delivery date);
- We open a claim with Swiss Post and arrange a replacement or refund.
